Dimensions: The overall size of the rack is 23″ (L)x 5″(W) x 3 1/8″(H). The prongs of the hook 4 3/8″(L) x 1″(W), and the gap between the prongs is 1 1/4″.
Heavy-duty: The resistance band hanger is made of heavy-duty steel, the surface is covered with black anti-rust powder coating to make it strong and beautiful. It may be used to store fitness equipment in home gyms, garages and commercial gyms. It is strongly recommended to make use of a specific storage rack for Olympic Barbells of 6ft and above.
Practical Design: The distance between the 11 prongs and the length of the prongs are suitable to hang many forms of items. The upward sloping design of the end of the prongs can effectively prevent the hanging items from falling off. Two new carabiners have been added for hanging items which are inconvenient to place at the prongs.
Application: Used to hang Resistance Bands, Olympic Barbell Bar, Lifting Belts, Dip Belts, Chains, Jump Ropes, to prevent objects from tangling and keep them clean and tidy. It can be used to hang baseball bats, medals, small weightlifting equipment and place foam rollers, and so forth.
Easy Installation: Super easy to install and disassemble, the product includes hardware for installation. The distance between the center of the mounting hole and the hole is 16″.
